The Universal Life expo seemed so expanded with variety. It was like a Utopia of visionary natural healing products for the future. To see all of the people at different levels of opening was very cool.People on oxygen looked really rough at the beginning of the day and looked amazing by the end of the day. So much healing going on all levels... raising of consciousness. My most intense and powerful, but wildly eccentric friends Pilar and Standing Deer had an unplanned drumming circle for after the drum parade in the morn today. I stood in unabandoned power and danced and grounded my energy alterating with shaking the rattles like the mayan goddess IXCHEL. Creating sacred space for people to raise the energy ...We even invoked oceans of sacred fires and the moon had a double pink and gold rainbow saturday night. In contrast college students were in costumes listening to Michael Jackson. One puked in the parking lot. Awake-vs. Sleeping. Ascending masters versus Beer...hmmmm....what do you choose?

It is my feeling, (Heather) that God SOURCE, the Alpha and Omega, the Mighty I AM, the Christ consciousness is pure UNCONDITIONAL love and light and infinite intelligence...smiling down on us as we stumble and think we are not worthy. There are bridges we can take, but now it is time to forge our own WAY there knowing our own true selves and SELF WORTH.

Because we ARE worthy. We are the strongest and the bravest that competed for the chance to come down here. At the greatest pinnacle in histroy to be alive, it is now time for us to love ourselves and know that we too have picked to grow as a spiritual being having a 

human experience. Everything, our culture, gender,sexual orientation, religion or lack of ,level of education, level of income, all has a basis for a life plan we planned. We cant even blame God for it. It explains why all things are NOT EQUAL. In India, I told a man something in a shop in the Crowne Plaza that he really needed to hear. He got down on his knees and told me I was a goddess."Please, I said really I am not." HE said," But you are my bridge to GOD the creator of everything and to me you are THAT. "I say, it is time for the GODDESS to return to speak in love. to be honored. for without one- there is no other.

Spiders and Screams

I pointed out a spider to the gay guy who worked their on a pair of yoga pants. he flipped out and screamed and stepped on it like it was going to kill him. It was very traumatic for me as I am like nooo dont kill it...i prayed to cross it over and apologized to the spider. Spiders are good luck.I explained that he needs to not respond and freak out because the universe knows nothing except that it "did something' for you (good or bad)he understood and went to the counter. A customer was standing there buying a single small halloween decoration. A spider...Do you see what i mean? He looked  at it and laughed.Ironically... He got the jist.
It was a brown recluse looking spider.. and I opted against the pants.

Empathing a Broken Heart

ARE YOU EMPATHIC?

Are you able to walk into a hospital corridor?
If you are able to walk without limping when you come out? LOL . I am not kidding!
Often times I HAVE!! Once I had a limp when a kid in highschool broke his leg skiing, I felt the pain so bad and described it exactly where it hurt.
I am empathic.
How to control this phenomena has been one of the hardest things I ever had to learn.
I loved my friend Randy Samson. But his physical agony was too overwhelming for me. He had a condition called Angliosingspondelitis.I have to check the spelling on this.
Recently I came across this post on Facebook of all places!

This is a phenomenon that has been poo- pooed. But i tell you when your boyfriend has stomach cramps before you get your monthly moon time, you know he's empathic!

I got rid of my television. I had to. Not because I ‘m a writer or because I am also a healer. I wanted to pass the state medical board exam AND hear the voice of my own mind and of GOD.
One my way to the Judy Satori event, in Ohio, I kept hearing little whispers in my ear saying “Caviar on High, Caviar on high!!..I thought I was going crazy.
Until I experienced THE ENERGY.
WOW. On HIGH? How about rocket strength?
So, the skinny is this: God said go forth and live all these crazy lives in distortion, and then come back and gain experience as a soul. Finally all of that accumulated baggage can go away.
REALLY? Are you flipping kidding me? I HOPE NOT!
Piece by Piece we can clear it all. Depending on how much you want it gone! Repetition is the key. Love is the answer!
This is why i was guided to lead a group for this called Healing the Pain. Clearing Domination and Control. Victimization and Oppression, how you might experience lack and might have been killed over it.ETc.
Judy's work is without question the CAVIAR of clearings i have found to date.
I have worked non-stop and tirelessly to try to clear the past.



So one must ask themselves this question:
If there was a faster way to get to the root of old patterns of emotions and behavior that never seem to go away, would you try to break the vibrational distortions? Many people at Merging Hearts Holistic Center  have become seasoned veterans in vibrational alignment concepts with exposure to Tuaca Kelly ,( who also returns  this summer) and Brian Borrell (of  Hawaii) who was just here. This is a new concept for many people.
Satori said that DNA is changing in our physical bodies and we are evolving as human beings. She talks about breaking time locks that we have been currently under and moving into galactic and cosmic time on her full moon transmission in April 2012.In June the angels divulged the individual changes in within each cell membrane. Apparently what scientists call the so-called “Junk DNA “that was inactive, is now activating quickly.
To be able to clear karmic patterns faster and easier on the deepest levels seems to be a godsend for many of us. Many people claim to have physical sensations of shackles being released, thought forms being released of trauma for forgiveness. Many people report a bloating in the abdomen region as a de-toxing effect.
The clearings require a change in diet as our earth is changing vibration, so is our bodies and we must eat plant based foods and to strive for alkaline water. Water in general helps to cleanse the body of toxins. And alkaline water is even better to lower acids, and to eat fruits of earth as organic raw and pure as possible. Not changed and altered in form in anyway.

I really liked this exerpt form Awakening Woman.it went along with the 22 qualities of a modern goddess that I talked about on the Feast of St. Mary Magdalene Day.

Apparently rebellious, out-spoken women with nothing to lose seem intimidating to the thought patterns of the individual  They cannot know the heart or mind or experience of conciousness of another.

This recipe sounded so good...but is it safe to cook bananas in their peels with pesticides?



Grilled Banana Boats~

6 ripe firm large bananas, unpeeled
6 tablespoons chocolate chips 

6 tablespoons miniature marshmallows
2 tablespoons chopped pecans


1 Cut 6 (12-inch) sheets of heavy-duty foil. Heat gas or charcoal grill, or heat oven to 350°F.
2 With sharp knife, make deep lengthwise cut along inside curve of each banana, being careful not to cut all the way through. Open slit to form pocket. Crimp and shape 1 sheet of foil around each banana, forming boats.
3 Holding each banana in hand, fill pocket with 2 tablespoons chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons marshmallows and about 1/2 heaping teaspoon chopped pecans.
4 Return each banana to its foil boat. Seal top of foil, leaving 2 to 3 inches headspace. Place on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until marshmallows soften. Or bake 15 to 20 minutes in oven until marshmallows soften. (Can also place in campfire coals to cook.)

Recipe for raw zucchini Hummus

The Amazingly Raw Zucchini Hummus

Ingredients (serves 3)

• 2 Medium Zucchinis

• ½ Cup of Tahini
• ¼ Cup of Lemon Juice
• 1 Tbs of Cumin Powder
• 5 Cloves of Garlic
• 1 Tsp of Salt
• 1 Tsp of Chili Powder (to taste)

Peel zucchinis and place in blender until they begin to liquefy. Add all other ingredients and blend until creamy.

Pour into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and dip your favorite live veggies or raw flat bread in and bliss out!
